The Industry Problem

Most accounting and advisory websites look dated, load slow, and cost you clients.

  • Open your site on your phone. If it takes more than two seconds to load, the prospective client who Googled you is already gone.
  • Most agencies charge open-ended monthly retainers with no traffic reports, no rankings, and no accountability.
  • Most developers hand off the site and disappear. No support, no updates, no answer the week your firm's number needs to be on the homepage.
  • Your practice is built on precision, trust, and discretion. Your website should prove all three, not undercut them.

The Proof

The performance standard every build has to meet before it ships.

You own everything

First year of hosting is included. You own the code outright. If you ever want to move or self-host, the files are yours. No lock-in, no handoff gap.

Who's Behind This

I'm Vini. Software engineer who builds websites for firms that live on precision.

After years shipping software in tech, I noticed something: the firms clients trust most with their money often have the least trustworthy-looking websites.

Accountants, bookkeepers, and advisors hold their clients’ financial lives in their hands. A site that looks generic or loads like a 2012 Yellow Pages listing quietly costs them good clients.

So I build credible, fast, private-by-default sites, custom-coded, one-time fee, no lock-in. The work you do is precise. Your first impression should be too.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to pay you every month? +
No. You pay once for the build, and the first year of hosting is on me. After that, hosting runs about $250/year or $30/month. An optional maintenance retainer is available if you want ongoing updates, but it is never required.
How long does this take, and will it interfere with my client work? +
Most sites launch within one to two weeks. You get a clear timeline on our first call, and I schedule every build around your calendar, never across filing season or your busiest client weeks. Total time on your end is usually two short calls and a few review emails.
What if I don't like it? +
The build includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. If you hate it after 30 days, I will refund the build cost, full stop.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it? +
Yes. I will evaluate what you have, keep what is working, and rebuild the rest into custom code to improve speed, credibility, and search rankings.
Do I own the code when we are done? +
Yes. You own the source code outright. Hosting is portable. No lock-in, ever. If you hire another developer later, they can pick up where I left off.
Do you handle Google Business Profile and local SEO? +
Yes. Every build includes on-page SEO, schema markup for local search, and a Google Business Profile setup so prospective clients can find you when they search for a CPA, bookkeeper, or advisor nearby.
Are the contact and consultation forms secure? What about client data? +
Yes. Forms submit over HTTPS, email notifications go directly to you, and by default the site does not store client submissions in any third-party dashboard. I do not embed third-party tracking or advertising scripts that sell visitor data. If your practice needs a specific flow (encrypted attachments, CRM intake, client-portal link), we scope it on the first call.
How do I know a new website will actually bring in clients? +
Fair question. Two things drive inbound work from a site: speed and local search ranking. I build to Google's own performance standard (the top tier of Lighthouse scores) and configure local SEO and your Google Business Profile so you appear when someone nearby searches for a CPA, bookkeeper, or advisor. No site guarantees clients, but a slow, invisible one guarantees the opposite.
Can your sites handle filing-season traffic spikes? +
Yes. The sites are fully static and served from a global edge network. Traffic spikes cost nothing extra and the site stays fast even when everyone is searching on April 14.

Someone nearby is Googling for a CPA, bookkeeper, or advisor right now. Let's make sure they find you.
